Return / Exchange / Re-shipment / Process of RMA (for retailers only)

Q: How do I make a return for exchange or refund?
A:We offer a 30-day return period. You can request for refund if the item is unused and all the packagings are intact. For refund, there is a 25% re-stocking and 10% adminstration charges. Under no circumstance that the shipping fee will be refunded and the customer is responsible for shipping the goods to our warehouse at his/own cost.

For exchange, the customer is liable for all of the shipping costs incurred and 10% adminstrative fee will be levied.

Q: I found one item missing from my order. What should I do?
A: Please help to take some pictures showing what you had received with the packaging details, e.g. the stamp, the bag and any other credentials to us to determine what we can do to help and send to our customer service with order number quoted at contact us page.

Q: What if I receive a defective or damaged product? Or what if I am just not satisfied with my purchase?
A: Please help to send the details with order number quoted and send to our customer service team for help. If the provided materials show that it is our fault, we will help to ask the supplier to provide warranty and ship to customer for free. Note that we reserve the rights to have the customer to ship the items back to us for verification.


Q: How long does it take to process my return/exchange/refund?
A: After we receive your return, it takes 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
For status, please contact our customer service team.

Q: What I need to note for Exchange?
A: For exchange, we reserve the rights:
1. to open the packaging and have it tested before shipping
2. to ship the defective item instead of the all the packaging materials and accessories
The customer is liable for shipping back the items back to us and shipping the new items to him/her.


Q: What you will do if the item was not received and returned?
A: For Returned order, we can re-ship to you, what you need is just to pay the shipping cost again, note for Re-shipments, we reserved the rights:
1. to open the packaging and have it tested before shipping
2. to ship the defective part instead of the whole set.

For shipment failure, once our shipper inform us that the shipment is failed, if the failure is due to us, we will reship to you for free, otherwise, we will re-ship at customer's cost once we receive the returned package.

Q: What else we need to note?
A: We reserve all the rights to accept a request for refund, exchange, RMA under some conditions e.g. the warranty expired, discounted products, the manufacturer's contact is available to a customer.



Warranty Policy

Q: What's your warranty policy?
A: We offer a 1-year warranty period from the date you received the merchandise. If a manufacturer offers a longer warranty period, we can help you to contact them for warranty service. Please note the customer may need to send the item to us at their own cost and we will send to customer at his/her cost too.
